Shadi Rashed has over 27 years of experience in finance and real estate. He began his banking career in 1999 at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, later joining Banque Saudi Fransi in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he helped develop the international investments advisory desk and asset management division. In 2004, he moved to Geneva to take up a role at Citigroup Private Bank.

From here, Kate moved on to an asset & Portfolio Management firm based in Mayfair, advising on multi-million pound property portfolios across London and the South East of England. Kate later joined Hamptons International Knightsbridge in 2005. Following her success at Hamptons, Kate then moved on to establish Crown Mayfair in 2008, a search and acquisition consultancy firm.
