David, Concrete Real Estate's Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing all phases of our real estate development projects for the new construction and rehabilitation projects from the earliest visioning stages through completion, to ensure that each project meets its intended goals and objectives.

David has spent over 40 years performing development site analysis and capacity, financial feasibility and budgeting. He created financial models for all types of real estate transactions including development and construction budgets. David assembled and managed development teams including project architect, engineers and contractors.

He brings unprecedented experience when it comes to reviewing and negotiating engagement and construction closing contracts, overseeing development activities including but not limited to the site and building design, coordination of project acquisition, managing construction schedules, deadlines and change orders, managing communication with government agencies and preparing monthly construction requisition and reports.
