Shadi Rashed has over 25 years of experience in finance and real estate. He started his banking career in 1999 at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, later joined Banque Saudi Fransi in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia developing the investments advisory & Asset Management division. In 2004, Shadi moved to Geneva to take up a role at Citigroup Private Bank, followed by JP Morgan in 2008, managing private client relationships and providing financial advisory and wealth planning services to families in the Middle East.

In 2011, Shadi established Concrete Investments, an independent investment advisory firm specialised in real estate investments in major European markets.

 

Two years later, Shadi established YKSIS Premium Residency Services, a Barcelona-based company dedicated to advising institutional clients and investors on the Spanish real estate market and the country’s residency program.

Yksis Premium Residency Services was later diverged into Concrete Consulting by yksis, offering international clients the entire spectrum of services necessary for a successful acquisition of their secondary home in Spain.

 

The success obtained in the European real estate investment portfolios lead the group to undertake new development projects aligning ourselves to the Spanish market. Accordingly, Concrete Real Estate was founded in 2022, focusing its activity on residential real estate development in Barcelona predominantly. We undertake new projects with an emphasis on Value Add and Opportunistic strategies.

Shadi holds a BA in international business from the American International University in London and a master of laws (LL.M) in international commercial law from the University of Kent at Canterbury in the UK.
