Shadi Rashed has over 20 years of experience in finance and real estate. He began his banking career in 1999 at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, later joined Banque Saudi Fransi in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia developing the investments advisory & asset management division. In 2004, he moved to Geneva to take up a role at Citigroup Private Bank, followed by JP Morgan in 2008, managing private client relationships and providing financial advisory and wealth planning services to families in the Middle East.

In 2011, Shadi established Concrete Investments, an independent investment advisory firm specialized in real estate investments in major European markets. Two years later, Shadi established YKSIS SL, a Barcelona-based company dedicated to advising institutional clients and investors on the Spanish real estate market and the country’s residency program. Both companies address their clients’ needs by providing them with input, direction, and advice through an integrated service allowing them to access any part of a complex real estate acquisition.

 

Shadi holds a BA in international business from the American International University in London and a master of laws (LL.M) in international commercial law from the University of Kent at Canterbury in the UK.
